PUBLICATION POLICY

Please note that, due to the latest regulations of IEEE, non-presented papers at conferences sponsored by IEEE are banned from publication and will not appear in IEEExplore or any other indexing databases.
 

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR ORAL SESSIONS

  • Please make sure to be in the session room at least 20 minutes before the beginning of your session to meet your session chair and upload your presentation on the laptop dedicated to the session room. 
  • Please do not use your own laptop, so as to avoid unpredictable projector compatibility problems. 
  • The total allocated time per paper is 20 minutes, including questions and answers. 
  • Therefore, while preparing your presentation, please make sure that it does not exceed 15 minutes, in order to leave some time for         questions and switch over between speakers. 
  • For authors using Mac and Linux platforms, it is recommended to convert the presentation into pdf format.
