Registration is required for all participants of the 20th International Conference on Telecommunications 2013.

Accepted authors must be registered by Friday 15th March, 2013, New York Time when submitting their final paper.

Attendees must be registered by Friday 29th March, 2013, New York Time, to benefit from the early bird fees.

Normal fees will apply after this deadline.

Payment

Registration fees are in Euros and payment by credit card are strongly recommended, using the online registration system.

In case of payment by bank transfer (Moroccan attendees are specially concerned), the payment has to be done only in Dirhams with no charge for the beneficiary.

An additional fee of 15 € / MAD 166 will be invoiced for administrative fees.

The bank details must be requested to once the registration made.

POLICY OF REGISTRATION FOR AUTHORS

To be published in the ICT 2013 Conference Proceedings and IEEEXplore, AT LEAST ONE AUTHOR of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL RATE and the paper must be presented at the conference.

For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 2 papers.

Student registration is not applicable if the registrant is an author solely participating & presenting his paper to ICT 2013, i.e. authors solely registering to the conference should register at the FULL NON-STUDENT rate.

*Full and Student registrations include technical sessions, plenary & keynotes, tutorials, access to exhibition, lunches (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), welcome reception, conference banquet, coffee breaks, conference bag and proceedings, etc.

**Non-Author Student registration :

IMPORTANT: Non-Author Student registration requires a copy of the student I.D to be sent by email to , at the time of the registration. Student registration without this proof of status will be considered invalid.

Student registration is not applicable if the registrant is an author solely participating to ICT 2013, i.e. authors solely registering to the conference should register at the FULL NON-STUDENT rate.

***Companion/Spouse registration includes welcome reception (Monday 6th May 2013) , Touristic visit and transfers to conference banquet (Tuesday 7th May, 2013). Lunches are not included.

****Additional banquet ticket includes : transfer from Casablanca to the Mazagan Beach Resort and to Casablanca and the diner (Tuesday 7th May, 2013).
